Building Better Boards is a training program designed by Leadership Tallahassee for novice and veteran board members, as well as volunteers and agency professionals. Informative sessions include time for discussion and interaction. Building Better Board is the best opportunity for you and your board members or volunteers to receive valuable training and resource materials.
Dinner Keynote Speaker is Del Suggs. Six workshop tracks ensure that there is information for everyone:
- Seasoned board members who have seen it all
- New recruits to board service who need to understand their roles and responsibilities
- Board members who want to take their service to the next level
- Executive directors and staff who want to help their board be the best it can be
