Through immersive experiences—including retreats and dynamic program days—participants explore key sectors such as economic development, public safety, arts and culture, sustainability, healthcare, human services, and leadership development. These experiences are offered across both our adult and youth programs, creating meaningful opportunities to shape leaders at every stage.
Sponsorship Opportunities
- Adult Program Sponsorship Support the core of our leadership experience by sponsoring one of our program days, retreats, or graduation ceremony. (Adult program runs August to May)
- Membership Luncheon Sponsorship Our Membership Luncheons bring together alumni, current class members, and community leaders for networking and thought leadership. (Luncheons occur once a quarter)
- LT 2.0 Sponsorship LT 2.0 offers continued leadership development and engagement opportunities for program alumni.
- Opportunity Tallahassee Sponsorship Opportunity Tallahassee is an intensive, one-day program designed to connect professionals—especially those new to the area—with the people, systems, and structures that shape our community. (Twice annually, fall and spring)
- Youth Leadership Tallahassee Sponsorship Empower the next generation of leaders by supporting high school juniors from public, private, and home schools. This transformative program equips students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to lead and serve their communities. (Youth program runs July to April)
- Distinguished Leadership Awards Sponsorship Celebrate excellence in leadership at one of Tallahassee’s premier events. The Distinguished Leadership Awards honors individuals who have made significant contributions to our community. (Occurs late September)
